Confusion of emotion

What was the question?
Did we pause long enough
To rest in silence
To know that we don't know
To find courage 
To find peace
In Unknowing

To stop the spiral
A triangle was crafted
In webs of power
Holding tight
In free fall
Smutty romance 
Secret wisdom
Dreamers strong and kind
Books to lay a head upon
A heart to feel the beat
"Do you know what this means?"
She asked in the garden
"Yes" he replied

The balance is within us
Beyond the page
Beyond certainty
A deeper knowing
Mother's songs
I sing
I am my mother's daughter
I am myself

How to know 
Direction
How to see 
Beyond
What do you see?
Right now
Rests
Beats
Melody

Hold it all
In messy complication
Talk 
Write
Sit
muddy waters
Not yet clear
Seven promises
To be kept dear

Is inaction complicity?
Silence
Sacred
Or just scared
How to discern
Actions
Words
When to speak
When to listen

Grey clouds
The rain bends
Rainbows
In the haze
Silver linings
New ways
